By accessing and using Fertilyze, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Fertilyze is a mobile application that provides science-based fertilizer recommendations from real soil analysis to help farmers achieve healthier crops and higher yields. The service is provided by the Department of Soil Science, Central Luzon State University (CLSU).

To use certain features of Fertilyze, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and update your account information • Maintain the security of your password • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to use Fertilyze only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Use the service to collect or harvest personal information about others

Fertilyze processes soil analysis data and provides recommendations based on scientific methods. However: • Recommendations are provided for informational purposes only • We do not guarantee specific results from following recommendations • You are responsible for verifying recommendations with agricultural experts • We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of recommendations

All content, features, and functionality of Fertilyze, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of CLSU and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLSU and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Fertilyze.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Fertilyze after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Fertilyze immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
